Sponsorship of Free Dialysis:
Endowment scheme in HLDC for perpetuity of free dialysis
Platinum Donor - Rs. 60,000 - eight free dialysis / year. + Listing in Website (optional)
Diamond Donor - Rs. 30,000 - four free dialysis / year.
Gold Donor - Rs. 15,000 - two free dialysis / year.

Please Note :

The number of free dialysis is calculated on the basis of 8.0% proceeds. The number will remain constant.
The days on which the free dialysis is to be conducted will be selected by the sponsor if on fixed days identified with the sponorships, HLDC will adhere to the dates.
A standard HLDC sponsor card with name of sponsor (Without any contact delails) will be handed over to the free dialysis) will be handed over to the free dialysis receipient.
The occasion for the sponsorship will be mentioned on the sponsor card, unless the sponsor forbids it.
The selection of the recipient will be done by HLDC on the basis of the established criteria.
The sponsor will be included in mailer list for HLDC Newsletter and events.
Any other requirement, mutually agreed upon.
Donations made in India are eligible for deduction under section 80G of IT Act 1961 for endowment scheme.

  

Daily Donations

You can help the Dialysis Patients by supporting the dialysis by donating Rs. 300 to Rs. 800 for their Daily Dialysis. The Trust would send receipts for these with the name of the patient also.
